About Our Staff
The present manager of Ashleigh Court Care has worked in the care home sector for more than 20 years with Learning Disabilities and elderly residents covering a lot of different conditions. Having been a registered manager for more than 10 years she has gained a number of relevant qualifications and skills, as well as having a Registered managers award.
Qualifications
Our staff have a range of qualifications and training in courses such as:
- Health and safety
- First aid
- Safe handling of medication
- Infection control
- Pallative care
- Deprivation of liberty (DOL)
- Mental health
- Food hygiene
